A SPACE FOR WHAT’S PRESENT

WHAT’S HERE
RIGHT NOW?

There is no wrong answer. Choose whatever feels true, and step into a space built for it.

FOUR MINUTES

ONLY HAVE FOUR MINUTES RIGHT NOW?

Time for you to reset through breath, movement, stillness and a small inquiry to what is present right now.

Feeling Ungrounded

A nervousness that can't quite be explained.

What helps right now
Feeling Ungrounded

A deep breath in, and a longer breath out.

Stay with it, keeping the out breath longer than the in breath, like the circles you followed earlier.

The long exhale activates your parasympathetic nervous system, which is what lets the body relax.

Feeling Lost

Not sure which path is actually yours.

What helps right now
Feeling Lost

Connect to your breath for five rounds. In through the nose, out through the mouth.

Scan through your body from head to toes and find a place that feels a little more safe, e.g. hands, feet, legs.

Let the body give you the support you need right now and find an anchor inside of you.

All you need is there already.

Unprocessed Emotions

Stories, decisions and feelings you've been sitting on.

What helps right now
Unprocessed Emotions

For this process you might locate the feeling inside of your body and breathe into it. But this process might be too deep to meet on your own, and they should not have to be. If this is where you are, reach out and we take it slowly, together.

Movement

I Feel Like I Need to Move

The energy has to go somewhere.

What helps right now
I Feel Like I Need to Move

Put on your favourite song and shake and dance it all out.

Then pull out your mat, put on something flowing, and just move where your body leads you.

Or let the guided moving and breathing meditation take you through it.

I Just Want to Relax

No fixing. No figuring out. Just rest.

What helps right now
I Just Want to Relax

Lie down and let the floor take your full weight.

Put on one of the guided audios or a relaxing meditation song and let it carry you.

Nothing to fix, just indulge in stillness and the present moment.

PROMPTS TO SIT WITH

Take pen and paper to reflect on the prompts.
Start with the first one and stay there a while.

One at a time is enough. These are also the cards we pass around in the closing circle.

Whenever you want more.

The 1:1 journey and the group gatherings are where this goes deeper.
