A space for movement, stillness and connection, and the parts of life that ask to be felt.

I just looooove to host people and make them feel good. So all I wanted was not a spiritual space, not a yoga studio, but just a place people would actually want to come to, meet each other, listen to music and feel good. So I thought about opening a bar. But the more I thought about what we are looking for when we go out, the more I felt there was something missing.
We are surrounded by endless things to consume, watch, buy, learn and experience. And yet, I think many of us are longing for places where we can simply arrive. Come out of our heads for a moment. Put the phone away. Be with ourselves, and with other people, without needing to perform, achieve or constantly take something in. That is what AURA is becoming.

Right now, AURA is my home in Cologne, and my home is also a space for other people. A place to slow down, breathe, move, talk, laugh, dance, be quiet, connect and feel what is actually there. Sometimes that might be a 1:1 journey. Sometimes a gathering, a social evening, a private session, or simply sharing a space with other people.
AURA is not about having to choose between going out and going inward. I love dancing. I love having a drink. I love having fun. It is about creating more places that give us something beyond consumption.
And this is only the beginning. I imagine AURA as a place that is always there, open and available to people. Somewhere you can come when you need a moment of stillness, connection, expression or simply a place to be. For now, I am building it from my home and discovering what it wants to become along the way.

AURA keeps growing as more people find their way in.

AURA is based in the Uni-Center, one of the largest residential buildings in Europe. A concrete giant that could not look further from calm.
I love inviting people here. It is a beautiful analogy for life: bringing calmness to where we see chaos.

I have always been someone people come to when they need space to be themselves.
HOW I WORKI never set out to become a spiritual teacher or therapist. What I offer today started with what I needed myself. I don't have a method for how someone should live their life. I simply create the space, ask the questions, and offer what I notice so that people can find their own way.
I had to learn how to slow down, listen to my body, and notice the patterns I had been living on autopilot. Over time, I became more interested in what happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and simply begin to pay attention.
My work is intuitive, but I don’t believe I know someone else’s experience better than they do. I may notice something, ask a question, or offer a reflection. You decide what resonates, what you want to explore, and what you want to leave alone.
Sometimes a journey involves movement, breath, stillness or conversation. Sometimes it is simply about having enough space to notice what is already there.
There is no right way to experience AURA. You don’t have to share anything personal, believe in anything specific, or have a breakthrough. You can come exactly as you are.
What I bring most is presence. A space where you don’t have to perform, figure everything out or become someone else. A space to meet yourself with a little more honesty, curiosity and kindness.
People often tell me that being with me feels like being deeply seen. For me, that doesn’t mean having all the answers. It means creating enough space for someone to hear themselves more clearly.
Based in Cologne, I work with individuals, groups and organisations, both in person and online.
